Paper policy and regulations

With the submission of a paper to ACUP2010, an author or coauthors:

• Accept responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted paper (please proofread the paper carefully prior to submission.);
• Release the copyright to ACUP2010 and gives permission for the paper, when selected for presentation, to be published in the ACUP2010 Proceeding book as well as on the ACUP2010 website.

 Paper submission and format         

Those wishing to submit a contributed poster paper and all invited speakers should submit a manuscript according to the specified format. Charts, illustrations and figures must fit within the two-page paper. The paper should be uploaded to the website. 

 Attention 

• Presenting authors of all contributed poster papers are invited to highlight their work with 3-5 minutes oral presentations. The submitting author should specify their willingness during paper submittion.
• Selected contributed papers will be awarded with Best Paper Award. Only student/postdoc first authors are eligible to this competition. The first-author students and postdocs should present their work personnally. The student/postdoc authors should specify their willingness to enter this best paper competition during paper submittion
• One of the authors must be designated as the presenting author, who will present on the conference, if accepted.
• One of the authors must be designated as the contacting author, whose contact information has to be offered.
• The presenting author and the contacting author can be the same one.
• The contacting author’s name, address and e-mail address details are crucial for future correspondence.

 投稿注意事項：

1. 論文發表者無論口頭或壁報發表，請務必完成註冊方得發表論文。
2. 本會接受以三頁為限之中、英文論文；格式請依本會所訂範本編輯並以PDF 格式上傳。
3. 若您選擇參加學生論文獎或壁報論文獎，第一作者必須是參與競賽的學生(具備學生身分或畢業未滿一年者)，且需以口頭報告或壁報論文形式親自至會場發表。
4. 其他注意事項：
   • 線上填寫通訊作者資料，請務必留下 Email 以便研討會聯繫及發送論文確認信函。
   • 申請論文上傳完成後，即收到系統自動通知信，及申請者之論文案件編號。
   • 大會將陸續通知研討會近期訊息，並於指定時間內通知投稿人論文審查結果及提醒事項。
   • 論文發表形式依通知的論文審查結果為主，大會保留最後論文發表形式(以口頭或壁報論文發表)的決定權。
